What is "Comdex?" A great many people say it's THE place to go if you want to keep up with computer technology and the companies involved. And these days, computer technology means more than what you have on your desk. It's communication, transportation, information, education, and more. Comdex/Fall 2000 officially began November 13, in Las Vegas, but as you will see from Jan Limpach, "our man in Vegas," a lot went on even before the official opening date.

Comdex/Fall 2000 ended November 17. The event took place in over one million net square feet of exhibit floor space. Over 2,300 companies from around the world including Microsoft, Intel, EDS, Oracle, HP, Sony, Nortel, Cisco, Nokia, Ericsson, Toshiba, Dell, Gateway, Xerox, AMD, RedHat, Caldera, Novell, Palm Computing, Handspring, ASP Industry Consortium, and International Webcasters Association had displays at the show.

Comdex Fall 2000 is over, but you can still visit the site for information about the next Comdex. Comdex main site
